Part 1: An aid is where if the country is in need of supplies like food and etc. then the people will support them with the supplies that you need. While a treaty is where the 2 countries agree on something like for example a peace treaty. A treaty is i higher level of partnership than and aid. And an alliance is the highest form of a partnership between countries. An alliance is where say the United States of America attacked Germany, and Germany is in a alliance with Italy, then Italy would go to war with the U.S . well.
Part 2: The U.S. was not in WWI at the beginning, the U.S. Entered World War I on April 6, 1917, the U.S. joined its allies--Britain, France, and Russia--to fight in World War I. Under the command of Major General John J. Pershing, more than 2 million U.S. soldiers fought on battlefields in France. They joined to help their allies. A hacker is someone who uses technology to gain unauthorized access to data. This term goes back so far to the mid 1900s, in 1960s to describe proficient programmers. There are two kinds of hackers, black hat hackers, and White hat hackers. An example of a white hat hacker is Steve Wozniak, he uses his skills to make advancements in the internet. Without people like Steve, the internet won't be the way it is now. Black hat hackers on the other hand have a different agenda. They use their skills to gain money or just to unauthorized information. We chose hackers because its interesting and their practices are intriguing.
Finding out information about Ellis Island and Angel Island was cool to see what the immigrants had to go through. Getting the check ups from the people before you could go into the united states had to be very uncomfortable with them invading their personal space being interrogated and touching all on them. Its interesting to think about the lives the people had before they came to America.
I was born September 10, 2001 the day before 9/11. I was born in Virginia on a military base. I lived there for 3 years then moved to Chicago and lived with my Aunt Janet in her 3 floor house till i was 7 . In Chicago i made a best friend that i am still in contact with, but i did move kinda far away. Moving a lot impacted me in a bad way because i was still young and i would make a lot of friends but not be able to see them that often because of the distance between me and them. I then i moved to Aurora Illinois. I lived in Aurora for 5 years from 3rd grade to 7th then i moved to Woodridge for 8th grade which i'm currently in. My dad was in the military but quit. My parents got divorced when i was about 7. When we moved to Aurora my dad moved close to us but then ended up moving to Florida. This impacted me in a negative way because i barely ever saw my dad and i needed a fatherly figure in my life but he wasn't there. I got through my depression stage of missing my dad and now i'm fine. I grew up in more of the middle class. I made a lot of friends in Aurora that will be my friends for life. I cant wait to see what will happen in the future and see if i will be successful or not.
Civics is; Active participation within societies, schools, neighborhoods, classrooms, groups, and/or organizations. I came from Virginia and moved to Chicago, then i moved into Aurora, and then i moved to Woodridge and that's where i live now. I don't really have much about Civics. But moving from area to area impacted my life because i had to leave a lot of my good friends.
