The U.S.A wasn't apart of the diagram because they hadn't joined the war yet. But the U.S did end up joining the war on April 6, 1917. The U.S were allies with Britain, France, and Russia and that's why they joined in 1917 for backup support.
With aid you are not really friends they can give you troops, supplies, etc. They are there for support. When you have a treaty you promise not to go to war with the country you have the treaty with. They are there for support and you got there support. Last, an alliance is the high of the high the strongest of the strong. When you have an alliance they are fighting there with you right beside, they are there to give supplies. Aka your best friend. When doing the immigration activity a lot of information was surprising. Ellis island was mostly European travelers. Since both sides of my family were from Europe they probably came through that way. I want to know why Ellis and Angel Island had a certain race for immigration? Like how Europeans came through Ellis Island and Chinese and Asian immigrants came through Angel Island? Why was there such a big
Civics is the active participation within societies, schools, neighborhoods, classrooms, groups, and organizations. The civics of me is pretty noteworthy. When I was 4 I went to pre-school at Lutheran Church in Downers Grove. I have gone to school all my life at Meadowview, now at Jefferson and next going to Downers Grove North. In 3rd grade I tried out for Downers Grove Softball and made the team. I have been playing in that organization for 5 years. In 3rd grade also I started playing basketball for the Park District. In 6th grade I tried out for the Jefferson basketball team and made it and started and also making the softball team and starting. I've played on the Jjh team for 3 years. Also when I was in kindergarten I did Girl Scouts until 5th grade. Also I participate in Njhs at Jefferson last year and this year. Planning on doing all the 20 hours.
What is my family history?
My great great grandma came from Poland for a better life here in America Where did you meet? My grandparents met in 6th grade at their middle school. They were sweethearts their whole life. My parents met in Texas when my dad came over to work at Texas Instruments. Did you keep the same traditions as your parents? Yes, most of them were kept like breaking the bread on Christmas. Why did you come to Illinois? Because all of my family lived their and they want to be close with their family and not loose touch with them. Did any of my family members speak a different language? Yes, my great great grandma spoke some Czechoslovakian and my other great great grandma spoke Polish. Where is my last name from? My last name is from a tiny town in Poland. Why am I so tall? My parents are tall. My mom is 5'8 and my dad is 6'4 Why did my great grandparents come here? To have a better paying job and to be close and start a family in the United States. First off, history is acquiring knowledge about significant events and individual developments over time; investigations about the past and its legacy. I was born at Edwards hospital in Naperville, Illinois. My mom is from Texas and my dad is from Illinois. My dad's side of the family is Polish and Czechoslovakian while my mom's side of the family is Scottish and German. With my mom being from Texas we still eat southern foods and frequently visiting them back in Texas. My family took in a lot of those same foods and traditions like pirogi's and staying together for Christmas and other holidays. I have one brother that is 17. I grew up with a dog that just had passed away last year. I started playing softball and basketball at a young age. When I started playing softball and basketball I started building confidence in myself and in my game later on making both the softball and basketball team here at Jefferson in 6th grade and making Rebel's travel softball when I was 9.
