The U.S.A wasn't apart of the diagram because they hadn't joined the war yet. But the U.S did end up joining the war on April 6, 1917. The U.S were allies with Britain, France, and Russia and that's why they joined in 1917 for backup support.
With aid you are not really friends they can give you troops, supplies, etc. They are there for support. When you have a treaty you promise not to go to war with the country you have the treaty with. They are there for support and you got there support. Last, an alliance is the high of the high the strongest of the strong. When you have an alliance they are fighting there with you right beside, they are there to give supplies. Aka your best friend. |
