The difference between aid, treaty, and alliance is that aid is "typically of practical time." Mainly to help. Some of the medicine they used saved a bunch of lives. It's to support and assist. Therefore, treaty is a formally concluded and confirm agreement between countries. Making something official and giving it approve. Alliance is a union or association formed for mutual benefit, especially between countries. The treaty of alliance was in 1778 was the defensive alliance between France and United States of America. It was decided in the middle of American revolutionary war.
The Amish our the members of strict Mennonite, sect that established major settlements in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and elsewhere in North America from 1720 onward. I chose this subculture because I would like to learn more about them, because they do things differently than others. The Amish culture started in the 16th hundred. "Another benchmark in Amish history came when some Amish came when some decade to join other suppressed religious groups." Some of the Amish have there own t.v. show but aren't allowed to use computers or cell phones. The are allowed to use phones and computers, for emergencies or to complete a business job. Some of the notable names come from "Breaking Amish", Bates and Jerimiah. Also from "Amish Mafia", Lebanon Levi. When I was learning about both of the Islands, it surprised me the most when you had to go through both of the islands to check if you had any viruses or diseases. Also something I learned about Angel Island is that there was law that laborer couldn't bring his wife. Usually the family is allowed to come later but it is different than it is now. After reading and watching videos about the Islands, I don't think I have any more questions.
Geography- Earths physocal features and human features including locations of places and regions and political bounddries. My family was born in the US. My mom and her sister and brother were born in IL. My dad was born in Maryland and his brother was born in Australia. My sisters and brothers and I were born in IL too. We have traveled to many different states. I've been to Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and many more. I've always wanted to go to Australia because my uncle was born. I don't get to see him very often because he lives in a different country. I love traveling and I would like to travel to all fifty states. Traveling has shaped for who I am today because when you go to another state, that state does stuff different. There 'special' ingredients in food are different. The kind of stores that your shop at and what you wear on an everyday bases. Some states teach you a lot. When I went to Washington D.C, there was a white house and memorials.
