HISTORY LENS
My name is Maximillian M. My most favorite subjects are cryptozoology, cryptobotany, and paleontology. Cryptozoology is the study of hidden animals such as sasquatch, the Loch Ness monster, the yeti, chupacabra, mothman, the Jersey devil, and others whose existence has not yet been proven by the scientific community. Cryptobotany is the study of various exotic plants, which is not believed by the scientific community but lies in folklore, myths, and reports from average people. Such an example of a plant would be the Madagascar tree. Paleontology is - as everyone knows, the study of dinosaurs and their fossils. My favorites are stethacanthus, therizinosaurus, and the Argentinasaurus. The things I like to do when I am at home is play Minecraft, read books, and research odd creatures from both real life and folklore.
GEOGRAPHY
My ancestors came from Greece and the Philippines (My ancestors are pretty much unknown), and I was born in Chicago Illinois. I then moved to Wylie Texas when I was nothing more than a toddler and since my dad got a new job, we moved in with our grandparents in Woodridge Illinois. That, muchachos, is how I ended up here in Jefferson junior high.

Answer: My dad's side: The Philippines My mom's side: Greece and Mexico
3. Where do I get my love for science fiction and cryptozoology?

HOW HAS THIS HISTORY LENS SHAPED WHO I AM?
This particular lens has shaped me in many ways. I inherited my preferences, hobbies, and all of that has combined to create me. If my papa did not like science fiction novels and reading, I would not have liked any of those either. However, he did and so that has molded me into what I am now.
SUBCULTURES
TREKKIES
STEREOTYPES
Smelling of assembly line junk-food, overfed and undernourished, from merely soft to grotesquely obese, etc.
HISTORY OF THE TREKKIES
In 1967, science fiction editor Arthur W. Saha applied the term trekkies to the first batch of fans of season one.
MODERN TREKKIES
Those who watch the T.V series and movies. People that read star trek books. People who have joined star trek wiki. Those who use star trek lines in their everyday lives. Those who do the Vulcan salute. Those who learn the layout of the enterprise. Those who play star trek video games. Then the list just goes on and on.
