Treaty: A form of agreement between two or more states in reference to peace, alliance, commerce, or other international relations.
Alliance: A formal agreement or treaty between two or more nations to cooperate for specific purposes. Aid: To provide support for or relief to; help. There are some differences between treaty, alliance and aid. To begin treaty and alliance are very simular but not exactly. An alliance is the highest form of friendship with countries. You've got each other backs and will do more than help the other country when in need. You will go to war for each other. A treaty is just saying you'll cooperate with each and work together and be friends but not help as much if maybe you had a treaty together. Aid on the other hand is the lowest form of friendship. If the country is in need you may help them and give them some supplies but would not go as far as war for them. The difference between these three are just the amount of friendship each one is worth. None have the same definition. |
